About Feedback

When you place a successful Swaylock's Surfshop order you have theability to score your seller on their performance and leave a comment.We encourage all customers to leave feedback--if it's positive, itmeans a lot to the seller. If it's negative, it means a lot to yourfellow shoppers.

The seller rating system is a plus / neutral / minus. A seller'saverage rating will appear alongside their name on our site. There isalso space for a small comment.

If you're tempted to leave a critical rating / comment, make surethat you've given the seller every chance to resolve the issue first.Contact information for your seller appears in the order summary inYour Account. It's also important to base your criticism on our Community Rules.

On any rating / comment you leave for a transaction, the seller will have an opportunity to publicly respond.

Ratings / comments from either party cannot be retracted.
