I forgot my username and/or password. What should I do?

If you forgot your username, go to the retrieve username or password page. Enter the email address that you registered your account with into the email field and submit the form. We will send you an email reminding you of your username. NOTE: This email will also include a "temporary password." You do NOT have to use the temporary password to login, unless of course, you have forgotten your password also.

If you forgot your password, go to the retrieve username or password page. And use which ever retrieval method suits you (email address or username & secret question/answer. Either way, the system will generate a temporary password that you can use to login to the system once. Unless you want to be stuck in a perpetual cycle of having to generate temporary passwords, or you miraculously remember your original password, we recommend that you change your password immediately after you login.

To change your password, go to the account profile page of your user account area. In the field that asks for your "original password," enter the temporary password that you just logged in with. Then enter your new password in the next two fields.
