Bob Clark. Not a good Near Years opener.

Recived this first thing New Years morning..............

"Tena koutou katoa.

I want to let everyone know that my beloved husband, Bob Clark, passed away just after 6...00pm NZ time on 1 January 2010 after a brief illness.

AUEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Susan Sowers"

Bob followed his dream..............Even though he was a Knee boarder

What do I know. I like thick wide boards. I cut em out with a worm drive saw. My rail bands are sloppy. I use a power sander. I finish sand with 60 grit. I used to be a "Pro".

Bob was a good man.  He will be missed by many, including (but not limited to) his fellow kneeboarders.  There are pictures of him and flowers overlooking the Pacific already...

Re: [keithmelville] Bob Clark. Not a good Near Years ...

Good friend also. When the City wanted to shut down the "Garbage shower" Mrs Spitler asked me to help her, wrong place right time, Bob was the first person I contacted. He had taken over the repairs after "Blackie" had died. He and his wife Susan pretty much built most of it. Guess we will have to shower with Bob for a long time.
