Brasillian fin system - (Expans?) - anyone know a UK supplier?

I just bought a slightly dinged, but otherwise quite tasty brasilian little thruster from ebay for a bargain £30. The owners were clearing out their garage and it was left in their house by the previous tennants The shape is by Avelino Basto, and it should be perfect for my September trip to france.

However, It has no fins. The ebay selelr has no idea where they are. The fin sytem is called Expans (I think), but google comes up blank. I will try and describe it as best as I can (my camera is broke!)

-it looks a bit like a lokbox setup, but it has a wierd shaped slot with angular sides and a round end on plan and teeny weeny teeth at the front end of the fin slot.

-It has a threaded hole in the middle (longways) beside the slot going straight down (not at an angle like fcs). probaly a turny/locky thing like lokbox

-It seems that the back/centre fin can be set up in two positions - forward or backwards,

Now, my questions;

Can I get hold of these fins in the UK, or indeed anywhere, anymore?

Or would it be easier to rip out the boxes (they are LocBox size) and glass in some new fins!
