Bezier Curve

BEZIER CURVE: The description of a character, symbol or graphic by its outline used by drawing programs to define shapes. A mathematical equation describing a curved line which is itself defined by several points on the line such as endpoints and two or more points on the line itself, used by CAD/CAM software and Adobe PostScript among others. As an example: the nose, nose width, wide point, tail width and tail can define a Bezier curve.
