Lokbox®

A uniquely engineered removable, adjustable, integral surfboard fin-system.

Features include:

• Pre-glass or after glass installation.
• Allows for a fore and aft fin adjustment of up to 1/4".
• Utilizes the Finlok® failsafe/lock-release system to secure fins. If a fin impacts a solid objects with sufficient force, the Finlok® system uses a metal plate which will yield, ejecting the fin(s) and sparing extensive damage to either the fin box or the actual board,
• Built in rocker into the box itself.
• Tapered cavity inside the box and matching taper of the fin root providing a very solid attachment between fin and box, and fin load transfer.
• Elliptical shape of the box itself which provides for a superior even load dispersal -i.e. points of stress concentration of the fin-system with the board are minimized reducing the risk of failure and presence of stress cracks.
• Adjustment hash marks on the face of the box for ease in adjustment reference.
